You are on the digital platform AdvoWhistle in the protected internal reporting channel of the Steinbeis Group.

Serious breaches of regulations and violations of the law result in financial losses and jeopardise our reputation. Help us to uncover and remedy violations and abuses and thus prevent damage as far as possible.

This reporting portal was set up as part of the internal reporting centre for the special protection of whistleblowers in accordance with the provisions of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) and the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of the law (Directive EU 2019/1937, so-called EU Whistleblower Directive).

Via AdvoWhistle, you have the opportunity to conduct specially protected communication with the external trusted lawyers of the law firm Bette Westenberger Brink commissioned by us.

As an employee, business partner, service provider or external third party, you can report indications of criminal offenses or serious breaches of regulations here - stating your name or completely anonymously, just as you wish. Your identity remains protected in any case.

After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you via which an anonymous dialogue is possible. You will be informed about how your report was followed up.

You remain protected! It is not possible to trace the report back to you, unless you yourself provide data that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your person. If you give your name, your identity will only be disclosed to the contact persons of the Steinbeis Group if you, as the person providing the information, expressly agree to the disclosure of your name. Contents and references will also only be disclosed if you expressly give your consent to the trusted lawyers.
